Gift wrapping:
Gift wrapping is available for most of our items for a minimal charge of $4.95 per item (Item Number: GWRAP). Your customer service representative will be able to assist you with this.

Return policy:
Any item may be returned (with original boxes and tags, unused, unaltered, unwashed and accompanied by the purchase invoice) within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, credit or exchange. Additionally, any merchandise that arrives damaged may be returned, per the instructions noted on this form. Items returned after 30 days require that you call customer service at 1-888-671-6048 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Without this RMA#, the merchandise will be returned to you at your expense. Items returned after the 30-day period will be on an inspection basis only. Returned items must be shipped prepaid through a trackable carrier to be able to validate delivery. Sorry, COD shipments are not accepted. Return and exchange shipping costs are at customer’s expense, unless through an error on our part. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Valuable items should be insured. Merchandise that has been personalized (hemmed, engraved, monogrammed, used, washed, etc.) can not be returned. Scopes and electronics are non-returnable. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items shipped in their branded boxes which make the item unsellable.

Hemming policy:
Hemmed items may not be returned, as once a garment has been customized, it cannot be resold. If you are unsure about an item, please don’t request hemming.

Size charts:
Use the charts to determine your size. If your measurements fall in between, order the next larger size. For the best fit, use these measuring tips:

Neck: Measure from center of collar button to far end of buttonhole.
Chest/Bust: Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding tape firm and level.
Head: (Hats and Caps) Measure around the largest part of the head, above brow.
Waist: Measure around your waist where you normally wear trousers.
Belts: Order size larger than pants waist size.
Hips: Measure around fullest point of seat while standing.
Inseam: Using pants that fit well, measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Shipping is based upon item pricing. Please consult the Freight Chart for shipping costs. 2-Day Service is offered for $10.00 in addition to regular shipping cost. Overnight services are available for $22.00 in addition to regular shipping cost. Certain items, such as but not limited to oversized or overweight items, require additional freight and insurance. Your representative will advise you of any additional charges when ordering or prior to shipping.

We use the finest delivery service companies to ensure timely, professional deliveries. Normal delivery for in-stock merchandise is 4-8 working days. Air delivery excludes weekends and holidays.
