In an effort to get a truer blaze orange shooting shirt, our fabric for the blaze only has changed from 100% cotton to 50/50 cotton/poly. With this blend the shirt should wick moisture better, as polyester wicks the moisture out and it evaporates, whereas, cotton holds moisture until it dries. Additionally, due to the polyester in this shirt, the color will hold and will not fade. Please note that Kevin’s was not aware of this fabric change at the time the book was printed and we apologize for any inconvenience.
