Shortly after the turn of the century, the Kissel Motor Car Company was established in Hartford, Wisconsin. Organized by Louis Kissel and his sons, the company built autombiles until the Great Depression hit the nation. In 1931, the company was reorganized as Kissel Industries to build outboard motors for Sears, Roebuck and Company under the name Waterwitch. Packed on a board with attachments.
